About Ratawa Technologies
We are a digital marketing agency that also offers IT services and runs a lead generation platform. Our team handles SEO, paid ads, content and branding, and builds websites, online stores, mobile apps, SaaS products, custom CRMs and AI automation.
We’re based in Zirakpur, Punjab, India, and work with clients around the world over email, WhatsApp and video calls.
The lead platform
Our AI tools look for public posts and listings where people ask for IT or marketing help. That includes Reddit, X, We Work Remotely and other public job and community boards.
Yes. Leads are found automatically, and then someone from our team checks each one before it’s published. Every lead also shows where it was found, so you can see the original post for yourself.
Whatever the post tells us: what the person needs, budget, timeline, country, industry and whether they want an agency or a freelancer. When you open a lead with tokens you also see the username or contact details, or the link to the original post.
Each lead is listed for 7 days after it’s published, so the list is always current. A lead whose contact details you opened stays in your account.
A number from 1 to 100 based on the budget, how clear the request is, how urgent it sounds and how recent the post is. It helps you decide which leads to contact first.
Our tools
Four tools in one free account: the Lead Marketplace (project requests from people looking for marketing and IT help), the Proposal Writer, the Site Audit and the off-page SEO tool. All of them use the same token balance.
It reads up to 1,000 pages of a website and runs 147 checks in 10 areas: technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, links, structured data, performance, off-page and social, AI search readiness, conversion and accessibility. The basic report is free and shows your score and how many pages have each problem. The full report names the pages and gives the fix for each.
You paste the link to a project post, or the client’s description. It writes a short reply, a full proposal, questions to ask the client and a follow-up message, using only the experience in your own profile. You send it yourself. Writing a proposal uses tokens, and changing it afterwards is free.
Starting from a site audit, it finds directories, blogs and websites that could link to that site, checks each one and lists them best first. It drafts the outreach email for each, and you send it from your own mailbox. The off-page audit and the drafted emails use tokens.
No. The audit checks the website itself. Backlink counts, search volumes and rank tracking need paid data sources that are not part of these tools.
Yes. On any full report you can make a branded report with your tokens. The PDF then shows your business name, logo and colour, and your client’s logo, with no Ratawa branding.
Free account and pricing
Yes. Create a free account and you get 100 tokens. Reading leads is free, and so is a basic audit of your whole website. No card is needed.
A new account starts with 100 free tokens. When you need more, you buy a pack of tokens and use them in any tool. The number of tokens an action takes is shown in your account before you confirm it.
No. Nothing renews by itself. You buy a new token pack only when you need more tokens.
Tokens you bought and have not used are refunded in full at the price you paid. Used tokens and free tokens are not refunded. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Yes. Our team does digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, content, branding) and IT work (websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, SaaS, custom CRM, UI/UX, AI automation and digital transformation).
